+(1) Lorentz Center encourages workshops of up to 60 people with lots of discussion and few talks. People get their offices and there are rooms for break out sessions. There are 3 deadlines per year, next one is January 15. It will be a one off meeting, but if all else fails, this could be a solid Plan B.
